Paulo, Kenny, and Gerardo were nothing short of amazing. From beginning to end, communication was top notch. Kenny and Paulo came out to patiently walk us through the quote process – answer all of our questions, accommodating our requested modifications, and applying zero pressure to purchase. They really made us feel comfortable during every step of the way. Communication throughout the holidays was prompt and effective, and the ensuing installation was a breeze. Right from the start, Kenny was amazing!  I try to keep a very clean home and when Kenny saw I didn’t wear shoes in my home he asked if he should remove his, which I really appreciated.  That just showed me immediately that he was caring and considerate towards his customers.  He showed me samples of blinds, gave great suggestions, and took window measurements.  He was very understanding, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to get me a good deal.  Throughout the whole process, Kenny was always available to answer any questions I had and always responded right away from start to finish. Geraldo did a great job installing the blinds.  He was fast, clean and meticulous.  How he did it so quickly while installing them straight just shows he has lots of experience.  Kenny helped assist and move furniture, cleaned and tested the blinds and made sure everything went smoothly.  I was recovering from a third surgery so I was worried about furniture being in the way.  They moved everything and after moved it back.  They made the installation process so easy for me and they worked well together. I would definitely recommend California Shade. They said that even after installation, if anything goes wrong I can contact them in the future, which shows that they aren’t just about the sale, but that they care about their customers. Paul came over to my house and was super knowledgeable about different types of shades/shutters that worked well in my house. He came with lots of samples and showed us what worked well in each room. He is super friendly. Family owned business. Ordered everything and as promised 4-6 weeks later we got our order. His 2 installers came on time as scheduled and installed everything.
